Returns and Refund Policy

At Al Oud Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. Whether you’ve simply changed your mind or didn’t love the fragrance, we’re here to help.
1. Returns for Unopened Products
If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. Returns for Opened Products
Tried the fragrance and didn’t love it? Let us know as soon as possible. We accept returns of opened products within 14 days of receiving the product, provided no more than 5% of the product has been used. However, original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Returns Process
To arrange a return, refund or exchange please contact us at returns@aloudscents.com. Please quote your order number and reason for return in the email. Please wait for the return approval and further information before returning the product.
We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us as we cannot refund for the product lost in the transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm receipt of your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are defective or incorrect. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery of the return.
