We kindly ask that you allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. If you’ve not received your purchase within this period please email customer services at info@aloudscents.com.

We offer a full refund or exchange on packaged, sealed items within 30 days of receiving the product. We accept returns of opened and used products within 14 days of receiving the product, provided no more than 5% of the product has been used. However, original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. To arrange a return, refund or exchange please contact us at returns@aloudscents.com quoting your order number and reason for return in the email.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
